Welcome to One Union Square, a future home for affordable and market-rate housing that will help realize Somerville’s long-term objective of strengthening Union Square as a neighborhood center.

Plans for the site are currently being refined as we continue our conversations with the community to prioritize neighborhood needs, expand access to housing, and strengthen Union Square as a dynamic place to live, gather, and connect.
